I had used the following trading journal in my initial trading days when i used to do intraday trading.

One of the most important things to have when you’re trading is a Trading journal, to constantly review your performance and improve on it.

I only trade in index now so not using it.

It uses the excel built-in workday function, which is pretty cool to work with. Using this function when you auto-fill, it excludes the weekends and Holidays
